Her commitment to delivering high quality products utilizing efficient and effective processes is what will enable Tech Optics International to become the leader in the low vision industry. Plus, she’s a yoga & meditation teacher so if you ever need to hear a calm voice on the other end of the line, give her a call.

Tom Rollins, Systems Designer

Tom brings 20+ years experience in software development and systems design to the Tech Optics International team. Over the years, his engineering background, programming capabilities, and advanced data analysis techniques have consistently delivered high value innovative solutions to a number of industries. Tom's most recent position, serving as Director of Technology at Chadwick Optical, has added 5 years of professional development in the optical industry to his dynamic skills set. He has achieved ABO Certification and stays current with continuing educational curriculum. Tom also has a passion for adventure and fitness in the great outdoors. Whether it be jogging, hiking, biking, kayaking, or pushing to summit on a mountain peak, his endeavors are set to challenge one's ability while maintaining an appreciation for every moment along the way.

 

Charlie Saccarelli, President

In addition to Tech Optics, Charlie Saccarelli owns and operates Chadwick Optical, a world-renowned ophthalmic lab specializing in custom solutions for low vision and visual field loss. He's excited to bring his experience and the many resources of Chadwick Optical to help make Tech Optics a market leader in low vision products.
